Office Adminstration Volunteer (unpaid) needed in Baldwin Park, Florida
Job Description: We are currently looking for someone who can volunteer their time to preform administrative duties and support staff to provide lung related knowledge to our community. Position Title: Office Administrative Volunteer Reports to: Area Director- Janelle Hom Volunteer Management Intern- Elizabeth Jagdeo Purpose of Assignment: To provide accessible, educational lung information to the community. Volunteer Responsibility: • Assist staff, interns with administrative duties • Maintain a clean, functional work area. • Be available to come into the office • Utilize Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Time Commitment: Flexible; would not be asked to do more than 8 hours a week, we are just grateful for the help. Qualifications Needed: • Excellent teamwork skills • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. • Strong Communication Skills • Possess a passion for volunteerism and non-profit work
